How long until I get my merch?
As fast as possible …that might be a little vague. Check here for shipping estimates.
But I want it nooooooow! Do you offer Express postage?
Not at this stage unfortunately. But we’ll look into adding that if it’s something that the masses yearn for.
What if my item is damaged on arrival?
In the rare case of damage occurring, snap an image of the damage and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll try to resolve it as fast and as smoothly as possible. In some cases we may require you to return the item.
What if I’m not happy with the quality of my product?
We’ve worked hard to source some legendary gear so we really think you will be! But in case you’re not, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll have a look into it.
Aren’t you guys a beer company? What do you know about clothes and such?
Yes we are! Not much, but we do know what we love wearing and fine folk like yourself have been trying to get their hands on our threads for a while so we thought we’d share it with the world.
How do I change my shipping address?
Ooh! Great question! Try to get it right the first time. But if you made a mistake, and lets face it – most of us on here are only human. Shoot us an email as fast as you possibly can and we’ll do our best to help you out.
How can I pay for my merch?
We accept payments through Stripe via Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Can I pay you with finger nail clippings?
At this stage we only accept credit card payments through Stripe. But if we find that lots of people start asking for new and exciting ways to pay then we might look into that. Apple have a fandangled way to pay for example. That’s something we’re already eyeballing.
